Excellent skin care and very pleasant staff!
My experience was terrible, after saw the doctor, They told me to call my insurance, to ask if they cover the surgery. Because they couldn’t call They told me, they never call insurance, it is my responsibility. I call my insurance, they told me Doctor (stuff) they have to call. Doctor Michel(DERMATOLOGIST).
Dr. Krathen and his team were excellent. I highly recommend them.
Brooke and her MA Gui are fantastic. My treatment plan required quite a few regular visits and I didn’t mind going in one bit. My 4 year old daughter asked to go with me every time because they were so friendly! Sad they will be closing their Marlboro office but happily will follow to Natick.
