Severely disappointed in professionalism & care in handling dental insurance coverage, The front office was uninformed about policy charges or handling a question about charges. When asked to provide the appropriate billing code by the insurance, staff informed me there was nothing in my file, asking if I had it, that she must have given it to me. Great dentist. One of the best we have used. On time. Caring service.
I love Dr. A . I always feel very well and efficiently taken care of, I never feel sold too- never any unnecessary treatments offered. He is very informative whenever I have questions. He's a wonderful human. And the ladies at the front are amazing- if you make the time to engage in conversation and connect, they are absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this dental office.
