Had a great experience at my yearly visit. The staff is so great and pleasant. Monica is very gentle and cognoscente of problem areas that are bothersome or sensitive! I like Dr. Hadfield's less aggressive initial approach and depending on the situation we can get more aggressive if need be. Overall very happy with my experience!
I went in to a kind and super nice, caring compassionate Dentist office... The first time ever a dentist I went to who cared about me has a person and about my whole mouth and taught me things i never knew... I love it that I can say how things happened and why and no judging just kindness and willingness to help anytime
Dr. Hadfield cares SO much about his patients. He wants what's best for you, and does what he can to make that possible. He definitely makes it worth it to go back, even when you are a scaredy cat like me! I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hadfield makes me not hate it so much.
I just recently switched to Hatfield Dental Care and now know I can never go anywhere else. They make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. They have the best staff that provides the most amazing service and Dr. Hatfield is truly a master at what he does. I no longer fear going to the dentist and actually look forward to seeing all my new friends each time I go.
From the minite I walked in the door, I was greeted by smiling happpy people. Very little wait (less then 5 min). I was helped by a great hygenist, nice careing concerned Dr. I look foward to working with them.

About a year ago, I was told I needed a root canal by my dentist. Frankie from 97.1 ZHT told me it would be worth getting a second opinion from Dr. Hadfield before I went ahead with it. I drove out to Lehi - turns out I did NOT need a root canal ! He fixed the real problem and all is now good. Long story short - Dr. Hadfield is now my new dentist. His staff is amazing and you always feel welcomed. I live in SLC and make the drive ... it's worth the drive!
