I am not one that loves to go to the dentist so I was a little nervous for my first appointment but I got there early and it was great as soon as I walked in the door. I was welcomed with a smile and was even taken back before my appointment time. The staff is very nice and helpful at Hadfield, each step was described to me so I knew what was happening. Thanks for a great experience my teeth feel so clean!!!

I went on June 3rd, and it was my second or third visit and they win hands down for Best-in-Class service. The whole team is so fantastic. The minute you walk in the door the receptionists are so warming and helpful, then you go to the back and all the ladies are so understanding and genuinely concerned about you. And of course Dr Hadfield is amazing too -- he is definitely direct with what he thinks is best for you but said in a way you know he cares. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Walked into the waiting area and didn't even have time to open a magazine. I was in the chair, x-rayed, cleaned and a nice visit with Dr. Hadfield and on my way out the door in less than 30 minutes. Great dental office!

This go around was just a simple checkup. They got me right in and got things taken care of. I have also had them do major dental work and they did and excellent job.
You may have heard me talk about Hadfield Dental Care on the radio, about my experiences. I can't say enough how lucky I am to have found them. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Sometimes I wonder if I'm overstaying my welcome after getting a procedure. That's how much I love the staff and Dr Hadfield. They're great people and do exceptional work. I personally thought that it was a really great visit. I felt like the people there were very nice and helpful. Plus, I felt like they did a great job on cleaning my teeth. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
