Wanted flu vax for myself and two sons. Walked in at 5:50pm to an empty waiting room. I know there may have been a pt in a room and we did see a Dad & daughter did leave. But we sat in that waiting room an entire hour without being seen....for a vaccine! No update from receptionist. Someone, I assume is a provider, came to waiting room about 10 mins after we got there and said something along the lines of "working through a conundrum." OK, so we waited....pts left....30 mins, 40 mins, 60 mins....we had to leave an empty wait... read more
