Went in for appointment updates some how took me and my social worker 30 mins waiting on phone for some one we instead went in to talk to some one to find out she didnt know shat she was doing and had to ask other desk workers for help multiple times and after 55mins of waiting for her to find pointment and print off dates not to soubd rude but she didnt say sorry for wait and was very mean looking/rude :( hope this gets looked into will rate better when see improvements :)
Dr. Shila Lampl, is no good, with medications, or telling the truth. truth. rude even if you blot your eye at the wrong time ...yikes!
