No complaints about the staff. They are excellent. My only complaint is that the bathroom doors are so hard to open. I am disabled and I really have a hard time opening the bathroom doors. Is there anyway that you can loosen the tension on the doors? It would make it so much easier for people with disabilities and the elderly. Thank you
Older female nurse was very rude. Everyone else was very nice and understanding. Got told we were “late for our appointment” when they only have one person checking people in so it takes a little bit longer. Got told “ why didn’t you tell me your sick I'm gonna go grab a mask”. That was why I was at the hospital?
