I was seen at urgent care for a painful ear and sinus infection. I was given an antibiotic to treat the ear infection and told to call if I didn’t feel better after finishing the antibiotic, specifically told to call rather than come in. Specifically. RecommendedDr. Tsen will always be my favorite doctor. I have had sinus and ear issues my entire life due to being born with a rare connective tissue disorder. After having a few procedures with different providers I was finally referred to see him. When going through all three of my pregnancies it took them doing a blood test to find out there so quick to say no. Also when my son was sick it took me taking him in 4x for them to finally do an X-ray when they finally did he had pneumonia and they wouldn’t take part for their negligence of my son ending up so sick. When he had influenza it took me bringing him in almost 6x for them to do anything they are quick to blame it on asthma and sinuses and not doing enough testing.
