Genuinely one of the best urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. Both the nurse and doctor were very kind, helpful, and funny lol

I called confused because I never received a reminder text for my appointment on the clinic side and the person on the phone proceeded to talk down to me when I wanted to make sure I was going to the right building / door. She kept repeating "that its urgent care" so I wanted to clarify that clinic was at the same place and I was spoken to like I should have already known all this.
