Essentia Health and Dr Craig Kuhlmann are a bunch of liars and crooks. Dr Kuhlmann submitted false information to my insurance company. As a result my insurance would not pay my bill in full like they should have and it cost me money out of my pocket. After I caught this and spoke to Essentia thy submitted part of the bill correctly but part was still submitted incorrectly.
