I have always received great care here. All the staff I have encountered here have been friendly from the front desk, nurses, and doctors. They are willing to get to the bottom of the problem instead of sending you home with no answers.
I started my day knowing I needed a doctor. I called the Essentia Health Urgent Care in Staples hoping to get an appointment, they said it's walk in. The moment I walked in I was being taken care of, at check-in I felt reassured. The nurse went through everything with me, I felt heard. The doctor read my chart from previous doctor business, I didn't have to explain everything about my diagnosis, he understood what was happening to me.
