Miserable front desk er workers and descriminate against natives. Let 4 people they came in after me be seen before I finally left after 2 hours of waiting annoying front desk workers

I brought my daughter into the walk-in clinic because she had a significant fever. I thought she had strep. The nurse came in and did the throat swap and left. The nurse practitioner came in and told us we could leave. The pharmacy was closing so if the test was positive we could get medicine in the morning. She didn’t even look in my daughter’s throat or examine her in any way. The next day I had to rush my daughter to the emergency when she passed out. I wish I could give 0 stars! ER staff is awful. Nurses are rude and roll their eyes at you if you ask questions. They act like having to take care of a patient is so inconvenient. So sorry you had to get off your butt and do your job. If you hate your job that bad, move on. Sick and/or injured patients do not deserve to be treated poorly. Do better Essentia.
