What a joke. Went to urgent care got sent to the ER by front desk staff when it was NOT an emergency (no medical provider even came to ask me what was going on). Just went in for an ultrasound since Perham doesnt have them on the weekends. They did tests that were done 5 days prior and they knew about it, and barely saw a doc. Literally just came in for an ultrasound. Over $2,000 to sit in the ER, get labs that were completely unnecessary, and saw a doc for maybe 5 minues..next time, I'd rather drive over an hour to Fargo. Thankful for the staff being kind and responsive to my family's needs I had to go in with my children and was overwhelmed but staff made it easier and shout out to Kelsie for her kindness I hope I spelled her name right !
Worst ER experience I've ever had. I'll drive to Perham or Fargo before going there ever again. They were blatantly mean and treated me like an idiot.
My birthing experience overall at this hospital went well; but, under gender they put female on my SON’s birth certificate which I now get to pay $40 to have fixed👍🏼
