If you are looking for mediocrity, then you found it with Essentia Health. I have had appointments with multiple providers in multiple departments over the last couple years at Essentia and admittedly, there were a couple great ones. Unfortunately, my experience found that there were more that were below mediocre or just mediocre at best.
Waiting for an hour past appointment time. If you are that late or that far behind. Reschedule people
I’ve gone here a few times and staff has been rude each time. I also waited for an appointment for over an hour, went and talked to someone, and they had forgotten about my appointment. Do not recommend.
They are never helpful! Always telling me what I already know and never run further testing to see what the root cause is or diagnoses. Very unimpressed and annoyed!
