RecommendedI want to thank Dr. Smith, his nurses, secretary staff, and 2 pharmacy staff that tried to help calm my 5 year old daughter who had a complete meltdown in fear of getting her blood drawn and having to give a urine sample. While most people in the clinic looked at us in horror of her meltdown these specific staff tried to help. I was seen at urgent care for a painful ear and sinus infection. I was given an antibiotic to treat the ear infection and told to call if I didn’t feel better after finishing the antibiotic, specifically told to call rather than come in. Specifically. The PA-C, Kayla Hagen, told me to CALL instead of coming in. She told me there was no point in coming in again since she could just send a different prescription to the pharmacy for me. When going through all three of my pregnancies it took them doing a blood test to find out there so quick to say no. Also when my son was sick it took me taking him in 4x for them to finally do an X-ray when they finally did he had pneumonia and they wouldn’t take part for their negligence of my son ending up so sick. When he had influenza it took me bringing him in almost 6x for them to do anything they are quick to blame it on asthma and sinuses and not doing enough testing. I went into the ER last night with very bad lower abdomen pain, CT scan, blood work and ultrasound done. Dr said I had a cyst on my ovary that ruptured. He discharged me with these words.. 1. it could be a ruptured cyst 2.but we can't dismiss a tumor or cancer.. I woke up this morning to a few missed calls from the ER Dr, he left a message telling me the official ultrasound results came back and it wasn't a ruptured cyst. he had another Dr look at the results, and they both decided I needed to go see a specialist. so it was ... read more
The doctors & nurses were really good with my children. I came there recently for antibiotics and pain med’s for my 4 yr old son. Although I got the antibiotics for him, I was given the run around for pain med’s. There is no reason for young child to suffer. I was told to go to the store and buy Ibprofin. Really!!
Had a good experience. Went into urgent care for my 8 year old and didn’t have much of a wait.
