Today was the second time in the last 4 months that I was advised that my appointment was cancelled after I arrived at the clinic. I drive over 60 miles to get to their clinic in Brainerd. Both times I have received text messages from the clinic the day before confirming my appointments, only to be canceled on arrival. They sent me a text at 8:57AM this morning cancelling my 9AM appointment. They sent me the message after staff told me I was canceled.
Top notch! Super caring and friendly staff! Doing PT with Jacob B is like catching up with the boys at the gym or something. Love that dude God Bless him! They have other therapists that I have worked with and they were all so great! I feel like a dork for not remembering their names. But trust me great place.
