I recently say Rachel Erickson for my annual exam. She and her team of nurses were awesome! Very thorough and caring. Answered my questions and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. The reason I am not giving them a 4 is with regards to billing. We have a silver plan through U-Care and understood that our annual visits would be fully covered. Well, they aren't according the billing department with Essentia.
