Amazing staff and always helpful and very informative! Great prices too!
Very pleased with the service, occasionally there may be an instance where I’ve had to wait for the Doctor, but, that happens everywhere.
Went for a DOT physical and left with nothing. Unprofessional lady at front desk. Was upset with me because I am not from ND and did not understand the building. Charged for service but could not get receipt showing credited refund.
The care, staff, and professional service you receive will be great! However, the billing department is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs
I have never had a worst clinic experience in my life. The past 3 appointments I have had with Essentia health I have to wait 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I understand things happen but it clearly is shown that this is just how they choose to run their business which is inconsiderate and shows their horrible time management skills.
