Reception staff is inappropriate about ppe for those who are immunocompromised.
I brought my 2 and 4 year old to an appointment for my employees which I was told to come after 1 hour and they would be done by then. A little over 2 hours later after I was trying to keep my kids quiet they weren’t fully done because they needed blood drawn. We all waited but my boys were busy since we’ve waited that long. An older employee grabbed the back of my son’s shirt and dragged him through the hall all angry and I was told by my employee that she did the same thing to my 2 year old.
