Awful experience. I've been gaslight for the last day 19 months about my nerve pain being in my head and found evidence recently that it's not and they just missed every possible chance of just listening and believing me and not just a scan. I hope to never use essetia when I don't have to.
The NICU nursing staff are out of this world. They've been so incredible to not only our newborn, but to us and our 2.5 year old old well! I cannot thank them enough. The medical team are most important so I gotta give 5 stars. However, if you're going to order food, the only things worth ordering are from the breakfast menu. It will be the only (semi) consistent thing you order. I am currently pregnant and I saw Brittaney Schmidt,APRN ,CNP couple days ago . She is terrible!! , She was rushing my visit with her so fast she was ready to be done . When I looked on My Chart she never posted an appointment summary like every other doctor’s does . When I told her what I will like been done , she lied and said nurses was busy , after my appointment I saw nurses sitting in their stations and just chatting with one another . on June 21 about 6am I presented to the ER with Angioedema. The staff was quick, professional and kind. The doctor; Dr Steve Humble I believe, saved my life. Thank you a million times over the nurses were all excellent. Rebecca Linn
