I've never had an issue at Essentia Eye Care. Gone every year for past 7 years. Had no issue getting Dr to run extra tests do to my vision issue. Even was referred to an neurological ophthalmologist for more extensive testing.
HIPAA VIOLATION! You guys faxed a minor's complex medical record to my job. Absolutely no where near where it was supposed to go. I called to let your clinic know, and you didn't seem the least bit concerned. Giant red flag. It's not that difficult to confirm a fax number, and you guys sent it TWICE.
Went in to get my eye checked for cloudiness and seeing dots. The doctor did not look into why my eye was cloudy and couldn’t have cared less. He told me time and blinking would make my cloudiness go away. And told me what I was seeing was a “phenomena.” I then got a second opinion from St.Luke’s. If I would have listened to doctor cosstak at essentia health I would have went blind! I Will never go back to essentia because of that visit.
