They Scheduled me an appointment, when I checked in they didnt ask about if I had insurance despite me saying Ive never been here before. Finally took me back to see the dr just for them to tell me the machine they needed was down so they couldn't do the images I was here for so we had to reschedule. What was the point of me coming in?! Now my appointment was rescheduled for 730 am today and so far Ive waited over 45 minutes and they are "backed up" and "will try to get me in soon"

Scheduling was rude as ever and didn't even care to listen to me. Never again will I use their service. Get better employees. I hate people that go into a job that helps people but is only there for money. This is why I go to st.lukes.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Went in because I had a piece of metal in my eye and they just sent me home. Didn't bother to remove it, barely looked at my eye. The doctor I saw was completely incompetent and could have cared less about my situation. Very unprofessional, very bad service and bad staff. Essentia health is complete joke in the healthcare industry. I would rather die than get treated by them again

The care itself is fine, however, the cost of exam leaves nothing left of your insurance benefit to be able to afford glasses. Go somewhere else if you can.

I've never had an issue at Essentia Eye Care. Gone every year for past 7 years. Had no issue getting Dr to run extra tests do to my vision issue. Even was referred to an neurological ophthalmologist for more extensive testing.
