I do not and will never understand their billing system as the Customer Representatives do not seem to know either! Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered!!
Why can't I have My Bills on my Own Account!!
Horrible place of business, they won't work with the customer, the won't work with insurance, they just try to bill for the full amount without running insurances first. Every other person says something different about primary and secondary insurance and no one seems to know anything about their actual job or have training how to do their job.
They never get anything right with my insurance.
