If I could give them a zero, I would. My son was SUPER sick a few weeks ago. Had 102.5-104.5 fever for 7 days when he finally agreed to go in. We went 2x on Thursday, 2x on Friday and once on Saturday (walk in). He had some sort of crazy bacterial infection they kept brushing off. His tissue in his mouth, lips, gums and throat were peeling off in sheets. Wish I could give 0 star. Today I went to ER for my daughter and she had a high fever so I was really nervous because I had never experienced it before. I went to check in and I didn’t understand what she said. Those front desk ladies look at each other and laugh at me.They gave me weird looks That’s really rude☹️. If someone doesn’t understand or get confused they suppose to help not laugh at them.I felt really bad
I seen Anna pagen jaramellio a provider at essentia she was supposed to send me a referral to pain management since I have had three back surgeries and fibromyalgia she sent it to wrong one and place and I've been waiting for someone to call me for over a week to find out what I do now I have left at least ten to fifteen messages and still haven't heard from her are anyone she definitely doesn't care about her patients that's obvious
