Went in to be induced, was super nervous and worried. The staff we had before and during labor were fantastic beyond words. I had specific things I didn't want done to the baby and they respected my choices. They double checked and everyone asked before hand if I had any specific requests. I never got a negative reaction for my choices. Garbage customer care here. Does NOT care about the well being of patients, their schedules, or the urgency of appointments. Dealing with them has made me understand why the suicide rate in this area is so high.
I can not say enough good things about the caring and professional staff here. Absolutely awesome, you feel like they truly care about you. You’d never know they had other patients because they make you feel like you are the most important person in the whole hospital!
Essentia Health is a really good hospital... I love it they treat u really good there. I give it a 2 thumbs up ��
