When you find talented superhuman hair artists, you stay with them for a lifetime. I cannot understate how much I adore, admire and appreciate Robert and Gianni at Essensuals London. I travel back to my old hood from afar to see them and would cross state lines to do so (I hear others do this, and it makes total sense!) Elle was amazing, highly recommend visiting this shop. Everyone was super friendly and hospitable. I came in with a huge ask as a new client, for going from very long hair, to short with bleach/color. Elle explained everything they were doing the whole step of the way, and recommended products to take care of my new style. I am in love with my hair and cannot wait to go back again for more.
I have nothing but positive thoughts about Essensuals London. I was driving to my appointment when an accident happened right in front of me, causing a 30 minute delay. I called and they told me not to worry, and they reassured me everything was okay and they would keep my appointment. Robert and Gianni are the best! I have been coming here for 7 years now and they know how to do Asian hair! Have always gone to Asian-owned salons to get my hair done correctly. But Robert and Gianni have exceeded the other salons. I finally found a salon that can do Asian hair correctly and well! My hair color by Robert (he is a genius) looks very natural and I feel really confident with Gianni’s cut and styling when I am leaving. Totally recommend this salon to other Asians looking for a hair salon!
Love Robert for color and Gianni for cuts! Have had my hair done with them every 10 weeks for the last 8 years. Robert really understands the science of hair color and Gianni has great creative style. Highly suggest for anyone, and especially if you have challenging hair, both Robert and Gianni will strategize with you.
