It was my first time at Essence and it was the best experience EVER. The facility is beautiful modern decor wonderful massage chairs, clean and elegant. Diana gave me a pedicure and she was great. Nina was exceptional with my dip polish. Very detailed and thorough. Overall an exceptional experience. I will be back.
