Great salon would highly recommend
seems to be a popular place so maybe we all have different standards for nails but for 70$ i should not have one break two days later ( i will say they fixed it but for 5 bucks ) , the ugliest flower design i’ve ever seen ( which took her 5 tries and i had to get taken off when i got my nail fixed couldn’t stand looking at it ) and a pinky reaching for the sky 😭
Went into Essence Nail Salon today and was told by the front desk to come back at 1:15 for my appointment. Showed up at 1:15 and said they would be right with me for my appointment. I sat there for 30 minutes and no response from anyone, I went back to the front desk and explained I had a 1:15 appointment and asked when I would be seen, the girl went to ask someone and came back and said that she had “no idea” when the would get to me.
