Scheduled an appointment, showed up on time for my appointment. The staff member who I requested was busy doing another customer. I was then assigned to another individual. After getting my nails done Simon tells me that he has an appointment and unable to do my pedicure. Really depends on who you get for a pedicure. Diane is great, Kathy, not so much, very short massage and made me jump twice with near cuts...
Great salon would highly recommend
