Extremely disappointed with my experience, their communication and admin is atrocious. I submitted a request for install works over a month ago via their website, and then made three subsequent calls after not hearing back from them as promised each time - eventually a plumber organised a time for a quote inspection and never showed up. There has been no communication since. Your customers should not be left chasing you constantly - extremely unprofessional, go elsewhere.
Plumber came on time. Completed the job very quickly and explained what the issue was. Would use again.
Elderly parents had a burst pipe ,helped out same day fix ,to get them out of trouble. 2 nd time I’ve used Essendon plumbing won’t use anyone else
Expecting the worse, but luckily only a small problem which was easily fixed. Plumber arrived on time and she was very good.
