Genuine service prompt & reasonably priced….
We have used Essendon Plumbing Services three times so far this year, and after consistently receiving such excellent service, I felt compelled to write a review and acknowledge just how impressed we have been. On every occasion, they have been incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and professional from start to finish. Extremely disappointed with my experience, their communication and admin is atrocious. I submitted a request for install works over a month ago via their website, and then made three subsequent calls after not hearing back from them as promised each time - eventually a plumber organised a time for a quote inspection and never showed up. There has been no communication since. Your customers should not be left chasing you constantly - extremely unprofessional, go elsewhere.
Plumber came on time. Completed the job very quickly and explained what the issue was. Would use again.
