Always great service, alert to car problems that may not be obvious.
Very nice but I’ve gone twice and each time they have never reset my car service information when serviced.
Had my '23 Honda CRV serviced there and will never go back. 40,000 km service and brakes were pulsating. They advised that the rotors were warped and had to be replaced at a cost of $900! After much discussion on how rotors need replacing after only 40,000kms (especially as these are all country driving) yet the brake pads had only worn 20%? I asked why they cant just be machined? I’ve had my car serviced here a few times. First of all, the service technicians are all top notch. Very knowledgeable and attentive when it comes to diagnosing issues and carrying out maintenance. However, as others have pointed out, the lady who answers the phones is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Every time I call, I’m greeted by a person that sounds like she’s checked out and doesn’t care…. and this has been the case for a couple of years!
