This clinic is so ridiculously busy, grossly understaffed causing terrible service. Always feel rushed as they so busy.
Most medical clinics don’t have exceptional customer service skills. Essendon Eye Clinic had welcoming environment Cheerful, Considerate, Empathy, and very professional. The greeting was exceptional, through out the process until the last bits Paperwork. I congratulate all staff for your lovely demeanour we need more people to enjoy their job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Took my 86 year old father here yesterday afternoon (4/6/24) for multiple eye tests (although his eyes passed every test his hearing isn't great) and I really wanted to acknowledge Sarah for her wonderful customer service, not just with how she went about doing all the relevant test but just how she spoke to my father, how she took her time and explained each step clearly so he could understand and wasn't made to feel like a deaf fool like some other places dealing with older people with hearing issues do. I had my first visit to the clinic in November 2023 and have been back a further five times. The reception staff are very efficient and busy with all manner of duties including hospital bookings. The surprise in the first visit was the 30 minutes or so of tests/diagnostic tests undertaken by the orthoptist, prior to seeing my ophthalmologist. Each further visit required follow up testing.
