I recently visited Essence Spa and Massage and overall the experience was decent, but there were a few things that could be improved. The atmosphere of the spa was calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you hope for when going for a massage. The room was clean and the environment felt peaceful, making it easy to unwind. Pat is a gentle caring person and really helped me relax and get rid of some anxiety and tension l was not able to release myself. Highly recommend regular visits!!!!!!!
I love how each visit is tailored to your individual needs at the time. Whether it’s hot stones, cupping, therapeutic or a relaxation massage, Pat is very in tune to what the body is craving. The Spa component of Pat’s services are also delightful. She is my go-to for facials and mani/pedicures as well.
Pat has been my go to massage therapist for well over 10 years. She is great at what she does, helps me with my issues, and I always leave feeling better than when I got there.
Pat isn’t your everyday Massage Therapist! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body. She is a holistic practitioner that can help support your ongoing health. She was especially impactful during my pregnancies. She is gifted at massaging during IVF journeys and throughout and after pregnancy. She will meet you wherever you are at!
