I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent dental care. I have been coming here for the past 3–4 years, and every visit has been a great experience. The dentist is professional, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. Charged $250 for X-ray and $300/tooth extraction — well above market. I was strongly encouraged to get crowns and root canals that didn't seem necessary. Receptionist is rude and dismissive, and kept scheduling my next visit without asking. When I arrived, the doctor and nurses tried to scare me by saying that not getting their recommended treatments would cause serious health and teeth problems. Ro is nice and very helpful
I had a great experience with essence smile and Ro was very gentle and very friendly. I had a great conversation with her and also got more ideas about dental hygiene.
