I hate shellac polish. Asked for regular. She put it in so heavy and allowed no dry time between layers. My appointment was at 12:30. Even by 4 pm, my nails were not dry, the polish was applied sloppy and I ended up removing it on my own because of flaws and it was rippling and wet on the bottom layers. I keep trying this place, but I’m done at this point. Not worth what you pay.

The staff primarily conversed in their own language during my visit, which made communication difficult. They only addressed me in English when attempting to upsell services. Unfortunately, their demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which left me with a negative overall impression.
We didn't use their service. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
