The owner is extremely unprofessional. I’ve been a customer for years. I missed a nail appointment, he called to tell me he doesn’t appreciate me not calling. I explained I’m in the middle of a family emergency currently and will call to reschedule. He went off on me and hung up the phone in my face. I was never rude nor disrespectful and I don’t appreciate his disregard and disrespect. First time at this nail salon for just a simple nail polish for hands and feet. Brought in my niece for gel polish and eyebrow wax. I wasn't aware that if someone walks in with an appointment your nail tech will stop the service he's providing to you and will begin service with the client that has an appointment! You will have to sit and wait. I heard a phone call between owner and a client that wanted to come in within 15 minutes without an appointment. The lady who did my nails was really nice. However, my nails weren’t my favorite. The filing and shaping was inconsistent. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t check them thoroughly before leaving, so that’s my fault.

Zero stars owners very rude. Said he had an appointment after he just told me to come in. So he let me drive all the way there to tell me that he had an appointment. Very unprofessional.
