I've been a extremely loyal customer for several years. I get mani-pedi ever 2 weeks. I am normally pleased with service. Yesterday morning after pedi i sat longer to make sure feet were dry because i was wearing boots. Nail tech put quick dry on and i still sat for 30 min. She checked said i was dry. I wore flip flops out. I put socks and boots on later and two toes were smudged. I went back at 1030 this morning. Tech at front desk said they were busy and absolutely no one could help me.
