They are so friendly and people are always commenting on my nails and ask where I got them done. I had been trying out a lot of places with my mom she is in her 80 s and very hard to please a friend told me about essences wow what a wonderful experience got a pillow for moms back and no oder music so low and relaxing. My first time at Essence Nail spa and I will never go back. Great place but bad customer service!! I didn't like the color my nails turned out and asked to repaint them a different color and the lady doing my toes was VERY unprofessional - telling me I should have told her before she was done, attitude the whole time, and then telling me the new color was the same as the old one and charging me $3 extra to change it!
