Love it here! Every thing is clean and you can tell items and spaces have been sanitized. The environment itself is relaxing and not overwhelming. Soemy did amazing with my 7 year old. She was thorough yet extremely gentle.
I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I came in to have my acrylics removed and get a manicure, but the process was rushed and handled poorly. Instead of a proper removal, my hands were dipped directly into acetone, which left my skin incredibly dry and irritated. To make matters worse, the technician started a dip service without even asking me. I never actually received the manicure I asked for. I won't be returning
I went to this salon for over a year and was very happy with the service and the atmosphere. Until recently. I usually scheduled with Soemy but a couple of times saw Ashley. I was pleased with both of them. However, the last couple of visits, I overheard Ada criticizing other technicians. I was embarrassed for them at how she was treating them in front of customers. I had to call in at the last minute to cancel ( with the intentions of rescheduling) because of illness and was admonished by Ada. I will not return to this salo... read more
I have loved this salon.. but today hit different.. I had appointment w ada.. the owner.. and I was not pleased w her service.. I always tip well.. ALWAYS.. I , as a nurse, know what good service is,.. she was MICROMANAGING her staff, and even FILING without her eyes on my hand ???? what if I tried to start an IV on a patient and I focused on my CNA??? .. poor skills , .. poor business.. I will not go back !
This is my favorite nail salon that I selfishly would like to keep a secret! What i love about essence is: 1. It is very clean 2. You can make appointments online 3. They are very good about appts starting on time 4. The staff is professional and talented 5. The vibe is peaceful 6. Pricing is affordable 7. Can tip via Venmo
