I used to love this place and my nails would last almost a month and half without breaking. I went week and was charged $120 for a pedicure and sns. My nails have already chipped and look bad

I have been here multiple times and have brought my friend twice. My normal nail tech is wonderful, and so is vickie, but the tech i got this time was horrible, she did my friends nails the first time she went and she was not pleased. This time my friend got Vickie for her tech and was very pleased, she paid $60 for a design, shape, and french tips. I got french tips and no shape and paid $55, i'm pretty sure the tech i had this time took a $10 tip without disclosing, I have paid $45 dollars for the same set a couple months ... read more

Went in for pedicure, the man working on my feet I asked him to file my nails, and he did a horrible, horrible job. He was rushing through the whole thing had to ask him to redo something he doesn’t talk and he used one towel for the whole thing and the towel is nasty.

They are always super friendly and no matter how busy I have never had to wait long at all! Very sweet ladies!

The technician was super sweet but the language barrier was horrible. She said she couldn't do the simple flower design I wanted. That was disappointing but then I had a question about the service and she didn't understand and even the coworkers didn't get it. When she started my nails the second color was much briter than the one I chose. I really wanted the original color but I knew she would not understand. I hate complaining so I just sat there holding back tears thinking I'm gonna be paying for this treat only for it to... read more
