I usually have a wonderful experience at Essence Nails but this time my experience was disappointing. My nail tech rushed doing my pedicure. She cut my toe nails crooked and I had to ask her multiple times to redo. The nail color was wrong as well.

Worst pedicure ever. Nina in too big of hurry. I was only in chair total of 16 minutes. Wouldn’t let my feet soak any before starting not allowing them to soften. My feet was still rough and extremely sore when she was done. I recommend never allow Nina to to touch you. We will go elsewhere next time.

Asked for a basic Gel French Tip with a nude base and was quoted $70 for that alone. I was actually okay with working with that depending on the quality of service. While the entire pedicure lasted an hour tops, the woman that did my pedicure focused on using cuticle trimmers the majority of the session, and cut the heck out of me at the very end. I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure today and the pedicurist rushed through the service, she only spent 15 minutes completing my pedicure. There was also a huge black speck on one of my toes that she left encapsulated in the polish. I am not pleased and will not be back.
