Came to Essence Nail Salon for a last-minute manicure service. Cindy, and her staff exceeded my expectations for going above and beyond for the service I asked for. The atmosphere is very chic, classy, and clean. I will come here again in future services.
Went in here to remove the acrylic from my nails. My real nails are long. The short old lady cut my nails down and made them extremely soft and fragile when I DID NOT ASK HER TO DO SO. now I have to get a full fake nail set when I was planning to get my real nails done. I’m extremely pissed off because this isn’t what I asked to be done. If you can’t listen to a clients request you shouldn’t be working there.
Rude, & make u wait 4ever acrylic filling..but does a excellent job! ,👍
