I first started seeing Nette 6 months ago. Mostly for haircuts and sometimes hair color. She does a great job cutting/coloring my hair. She’s very personable and cares about her work. One time didn’t charge me for one of my haircut/coloring sessions because she used the wrong toner. She didn’t have to do that because I would have never known she didn’t use the correct toner because my hair looked great. This made me like her even more. I’ve been going to Nette at Essence Image Hair for almost 13 years and I have not had a single bad experience! The service is friendly and the salon is always clean. Nette is genuine, kind, flexible and humble. I especially love being able to make my appointments online and that I don’t have to ‘wait for her books to open’. I love it here!
