On July 4,2023 I found Essence Hair Studio on Goggle that had mentioned Hair Toppers Note: No Hair Salons in Mid-Valley Eugene,Corvallis or Salem mentioned Hair Toppers I called most of the Salons that offered extensions but all said NO.
