At my second appointment, the doctors assistant was scrolling thru my meter, rolling her eyes and scoufing at me. When he asked how my sugars were, she told him horrible. It felt like she assigned a moral value to it. My diabetes is uncontrolled and unpredictable but I've been trying a lot harder than ever lately. POOR ORGANIZATION & PROFESSIONALISM. I was truly disappointed in how this office staff ran there business. While I appreciated the doctors time when I finally got in, the disorganization of my appointment, having no record of the forms I completed online so I had to redo it (20 min later), and how loud the girls were in the front office with laughing and talking about personal stuff, made me decide to cancel the follow up appointment and find another doctor. Fantastic Doctor. Doctor spent time with me explaining everything. He listened to me, and my needs, and provided an action plan for me. The office is clean; and there weren't wall-to-wall people.

I'm a new patient to this office. From the first call I new I found my place. They were smiling over the phone and even larger in person. They are thorough, professional, efficient and most of all caring. I left my favorite Endocrinologist of over 10 years because he's overworked and understaffed with incompetent people surrounding him, so this was a very difficult decision for my heart and well being but FORTUNATELY both have found a soft place to land.
