Dr. Izkhakov is an amazing doctor. He spends time explaining everything to you and made me feel better about my condition.
At my second appointment, the doctors assistant was scrolling thru my meter, rolling her eyes and scoufing at me. When he asked how my sugars were, she told him horrible. It felt like she assigned a moral value to it. My diabetes is uncontrolled and unpredictable but I've been trying a lot harder than ever lately. POOR ORGANIZATION & PROFESSIONALISM. I was truly disappointed in how this office staff ran there business. While I appreciated the doctors time when I finally got in, the disorganization of my appointment, having no record of the forms I completed online so I had to redo it (20 min later), and how loud the girls were in the front office with laughing and talking about personal stuff, made me decide to cancel the follow up appointment and find another doctor.
