Rented a property in paramount from them, they never fixed anything until I called the department of health and safety. My condo had mold, rats, busted pipes, roof was dry rotted and a number of other things they refused to fix... Horrible experience with this company surprised they're not shut down yet

They lack the “standard of care” and “due diligence” and ethics that is required in any business. They continued to charge management fees as my vacant property had vagrants continually occupied my property. With no help from Essence, I had the vagrants removed. Essence provided inconsistent expense reports including inflated expenses such as gardening for $180 per month. When the local rate is $60 per month.

There was an apt. for rent that I was interested into, I spoke with Daniella about the place and she offered me to fill out a application in which I did and paid for. Two weeks went by, so I called to check the status she answers and says she will call me back, she never called back, a few days ahead someone else answered and I asked to speak with her they asked me my name, I told them, then put me on hold and came back and told me she was in a meeting and took a msg and says she will call me later, never happened, I did tha... read more

Horrible horrible service never can get a hold of anyone and they don't fix any issue with tenants just always say they are working it or will call back and of recent I been calling for the past 4 months not a single person has answered nothing ever gets done to help tenants I garentee everyone has had a problem with this company since they gotten a service with this company HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!
