I have been a customer of Essences over 10 years. Dionne has always handled my hair professionally. Helping me through my transition to natural after years of relaxers broke off a good amount of my hair. Every picture I send her the style is created beautifully. She is honest when a style does not suit my face or is not proper for my hair texture, by suggesting alternative styles. Now my hair is healthy and I still go to her several times a year and get touch ups.
Amazing! The owner and her assistant are great very efficient. The prices are reasonable and the environment is very comfortable and cozy.
