Sandra Finding a new stylist after 30 years with the same person was challenging. I did a lot of research and decided on Essence. What a great choice. The salon is wonderful but can't compare to Alisha. She is warm, patient and very skilled. I'm there for next 30 years. Thanks for the great reception.
Fantastic Experience at Salon Essence This is my first review but I have to say Stephanie at Salon Essence did an AMAZING job on my daughter's hair for her junior prom. She listened to what we wanted and delivered perfect hair. My daughter looked so beautiful! The new salon is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Stephanie is very talented and I would highly recommend her!
SHOCK AT MY FINDINGS. Jacqui P. from Hair Extreme....please know that I am a professional salon owner and I have owned Salon Essence and have been in business for over 15 years. My ethics would never allow me to write a negative comment on any salon sites. We do not do business that way and we respect our fellow salons in Wilmington. I am not madonna55. how sad As the owner of a nearby salon i find it pitiful and disturbing that "Madonna55" or donna as i know her would feel the need to stoop so low and pretend to be a client in my salon and give me a bad review! I think her actions speak for themselves.

AWESOME I have been going to Essence from many years and they are the only people I trust with my hair or waxing. I usually see Rebecca but on rare occasion have seen other girls too. They are all fabulous. They are honest and knowledgeable and will always work with you to get a style that you desire and can maintain at home.
Great Stylists and Great Salon I have been going there for awhile and i have had a few of the girls they have all been great! They give you a great consultation and are so up to date on all the NEW TRENDS!!! There color line is amazing and my hair didnt fade one bit!!! I would definetly recommend them!
