They keep coming to see my mom for check up we don’t need I told them we don’t need them we have a private dr but they keep calling and very annoying this has been going on since may 2024 every 2 or 3 weeks they call again

I came in as soon as the clinic opened, I was having pain. I was told that the doctor will come around 8:30 am and I was willing to wait. I waited in the waiting room still in pain. When I checked with the staff how much longer before the doctor will arrive. I was told he was there inside the other room, they called him and said he will see me in a bit. Terrible customer service. Dr did not prescribe enough medication to last entire regime. When attempting to call for a refill call center gave runaround for 2 days and doctor didn’t respond to messages left. When visited the location, they attempted to make me pay for another visit for the same issue and can’t get in touch with same doctor. MONEY SUCKING BUSINESS! DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. Ever since Dr . princess left they SUCK! Will never return here.
