Don’t know if this is a scam place to just kind of rip off your health insurance or what. I made an appointment because I need a new prescriber and I found out an old prescriber used to work here.During appointment the person didn’t know how to use an iPad and was never on screen, and more importantly, I could see in the background their teen was walking through the room. They had me wait over an hour after they canceled they appointment the day before! The lady at the front had a crazy attitude when I was trying to reschedule. Stay far away from this place!
The sad thing about this place is that I really like my doctor. Unfortunately, trying to get an appointment with him is the most frustrating experience. Now that I have a car, I am exploring other facilities because patients don’t deserve to be treated this way. The team never books follow up appointments, you can never get the people who can actually schedule you on the phone and they don’t EVER call back for an appointment. The worst place ever in my life I was waiting like 3hr
They dont pick up the phone. They dont call back. Patients need their psychiatric medication refills. Please pick up your phones.
