Great service Correct condition
Horrible waiting time. Only one medical assistance and one doctor. We have been waiting almost two hours and wondering what’s going on. It’s Riverdale, and we need better urgent care.
Dr Cherian was my doctor. She was seriously one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She was so kind and patient. She didn’t rush me. She took her time with me and she explained everything. Then No she did something that doctors rarely do today. She called to check in on me and see how I was doing.
Unbelievable amount of incompetence all around. Spent 45 mins waiting for them to tell me they cant fill out a physical form that had a page of instructions. After I called in and confirmed with them that they could. They had to call a regional manager which left it ultimately to the incompetent provider at location. It was too much for her to read instructions. Reason being they never saw patient before. I didn't know an NP with 0 assessment skills before. If I could give no stars I would. You are a shame to the profession.
I went with a sore throat/ fever and they tested me for strep. I was told they were going to send over a prescription to my pharmacy they never did. I tried calling the phone is disconnected. So unprofessional and I’m never going back.
