Arlissa and Yudelka were great and really helpful, they were extremely charismatic and well mannered with top tier customer service.
I am very grateful for everyone's attentiveness, but especially Arlissa's, for her kindness and care.
Arlissa was very helpful. I had some health forms to fill out that were very confusing. She was able to break down the information and get me the help I needed. It was a long 2 hours going back and forth but she was determined to not only help me but figure out the best way to meet my needs. Arlissa handed me off to Bell and Isabella who took me to the finish line. Extremely grateful and thankful to you all and everyone else that assisted. Very happy with the service they were able to provide.
It’s honestly frustrating how often medical offices waste people’s time. Doesn’t matter if it’s urgent care, a lab, or a primary care office. there always seems to be some issue. I had a Mobile Health appointment today for an annual physical and QFT scheduled at 12:00 PM. I wasn’t even taken in until 12:35, and by 1:15 I was still sitting there waiting for them to come back and finish. When I initially made my appointment for the Gyn I specifically asked for a female doctor. I asked the person I booked my appointment with several times if the doctor was a woman and they assured me that it was. Upon my arrival the doctor was a male. They lied. My in person appointment for gyn and primary was okay. But for my follow up tele visit it has been a disaster. None of my doctors ever called me to go over my results. I called the office several times yesterday to see why they never called and I never got a response.... read more
