Arlissa was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate her patience and that she was helpful. Also seeing her go the extra mile with the patient before us was comforting.
The nurse practitioner and the MA/front desk lady were both super sweet and helpful, I definitely recommend this place.
I will never return here again! This is the first time that I go to a medical facility, and the provider does not ask me to confirm my name and DOB upon him entering the room. Furthermore, after he introduced himself he tells me that my covid/strep/flu test came back negative, however, noone had administered any exam on me because he was the first provider I was meeting with after my vitals were taken by the PCA.
