Extremely disappointed in Dr Remus with this practice. Our daughter went in for a very simple issue and was prescribed a medication that isn't even used normally for what she had... And made her very uncomfortable with some of her questioning. Our daughter used the prescription and was out of town for a week. Nothing changed symptom wise. We called the office to get a different prescription and was told she had to be seen again. She went in and was given a prescription that is used for the actual issue she has. Not a good experience
where do I start…2014 first kiddo started with Remus she was ok as we never really utilize the Dr for anything unless needed….2016 had my second child who was obviously on the spectrum she refused to acknowledge it staying he would “catch up” her MA is an older woman and has zero compassion and so due her rudeness i switched Drs within the office. Now with 3 kiddos i never use the office unless i need referral for my kiddo on the spectrum or if hes having ear issues. I called for a “sick” appointment and they claim their way... read more
