Not a good experience
where do I start…2014 first kiddo started with Remus she was ok as we never really utilize the Dr for anything unless needed….2016 had my second child who was obviously on the spectrum she refused to acknowledge it staying he would “catch up” her MA is an older woman and has zero compassion and so due her rudeness i switched Drs within the office. Now with 3 kiddos i never use the office unless i need referral for my kiddo on the spectrum or if hes having ear issues. I called for a “sick” appointment and they claim their way... read more
DO NOT GO HERE EVER! The worst doctor's office I've ever had the misfortune of being involved in after taking my daughter there, and now I have to worry about hiring an attorney because their billing department REFUSES to submit the claim for my daughter's bills to her new insurance company. They CLAIM they never received her updated insurance, which I not only faxed to them, but filled out on the back of their invoice and mailed in TWICE, and now they say it's been too long and REFUSE to submit the bills to the insurance co... read more
St. Louis is lucky...there many pediatricians options available. Both my children are blessed & lucky to have Dr. Carolyn Smith & the entire team at Esse Health Pediatrics taking care of their health needs. Let me be honest, we didn't start with Dr. Smith or Esse Health Pediatrics, we were "transplants." We actually started our kids with the my Pediatrician, who was a pillar in the community, very well known & a 1000% incredible doctor however it was inevitable he was going to retire soon.
