Outstanding staff! Would highly recommend.
I’d avoid this whole practice. Doctor seemed competent, but they’re going to charge you an office visit even for a surgical referral. They don’t call back and get snippy on the phone. Broke a bone, clearly broken, staff couldn’t bother to get back with me and resulted in a two week delay for my surgery. I wound up physically having to go to the office to get their attention. Been with essence for about 10 hrs Always pays what they say
Dr. Wedell is excellent. However, the front office staff has gone downhill over the last few years in terms of friendliness and competence. If he ever leaves, I will likely search for a new doctor away from Esse Health.
I have been coming to this facility for over 20 years. I always find the staff to be helpful and attentive. They will search for answers and try and find the right solution for my particular situation. Dr. Khurana is fantastic along with his assistant Brianna. I am not always the easiest patient and I appreciate their understanding and flexibility.
