I was referred to ESSE Fitness by a friend and couldn't be happier about it. Jonathan was professional, courteous, and informative. His facilities were clean and comfortable. I have been rehabbing a sore Achilles and he showed me band work and stretches to care for it. I'll happily go back and couldn't recommend ESSE Fitness more highly.
Have been training with Jonathan and ESSE Fitness for about 5 months now. I have dropped about 12% body fat when I started at 24% and am now down to around 12%. I have more knowledge of my fitness, nutrition and biohacks then I ever thought I would know. Jonathan is an incredibly motivating and encouraging trainer who pushes me to be my best in all things. I am proud to call him one of my closest friends and a brother.
