I walked into the salon with braids previously done by another stylist in order to display that I wanted a smaller version of the exact braids I already had. To be more specific I already had 6 cornrows and inquired about having my hair braided in 12 cornrows instead. There was only one braided thawed, I was given a quote of $100 for 12 braids and was asked to come back in 3 hours, that would give me enough time to remove my braids, wash and blow dry my hair and come back.
