I am so pleased that you're feeling better. Pelvic pain certainly affects a woman's quality of life. We evaluate multiple body systems when we search for the cause of pain. If it's felt to be gynecological in origin, we offer medical, surgical or alternative therapy options. One of those options is robotic surgery, and Dr. Bui and I have gained expertise in this procedure. It leads to less pain, shorter hospitalization, and quicker return to normal functions. Stay well. Our ultrasound technician has 20 years of ob/gyn imaging experience, and as such, she is in high demand by practices and hospitals. She has served patients at our practice for 10 years and has overwhelmingly positive reviews. We do offer ultrasound appointments at any of 10 different hospital affiliated centers for patients who can't make Friday visits. We appreciate your feedback.

We have 24 hour anesthesia services at Beaumont Wayne and Dearborn, and we work together to alleviate pain. By using good surgical techniques and medications that target multiple pain receptors, we offer our patients a more comfortable post operative experience. I appreciate your comment, Jodi. With many years of experience in robotic surgery, we can now perform more complicated cases with a minimally invasive approach. This allows the patient a quicker recovery, less pain and blood loss, and easier transition to daily activities. Endometriosis is common, yet poorly treated in many cases. At Michigan Women's Care, we take the time to make the correct diagnosis, and then provide either a medical or surgical approach to treatment. Dr. Khraizat

Thank you for the feedback. At Michigan Women's Care, we strive to keep patients safe and informed. For non emergent surgeries, and based on patient age, we ask for medical clearance from the primary physician. We also check insurance coverage so our patients aren't surprised by any insurance denials. Certainly, if a surgery is needed emergently, we would admit the patient to the hospital, and perform the surgery the same day. Our goal has always been to be vigilant, safe, and responsive.
